I'm Pregnant

Assalamualaikum. I'm so sorry for my late comeback-stronger moment? ugh. well, I guess I'm determined now to write a new entry just because my bff triggered me. hello let me keep you updated with my recent life. I'm currently get pregnant with food inside( Food Bump)💘.. Yaaa I was just kidding. "pregnant" .. I ate a lot. My weight rocketing to the moon and they just don't wanna come back home :') ... Partially obsessive to reduce with my current weight since I need to change my wardrobes (most of them) since I'm no longer fit to any of them.. S.A.D

Okey. why I'm putting up such a controversial tittle is just suka hati I lah kan.. haha no no, I wanted to relate the pregnancy journey with dental things.

I have just finished my reading.. I mean like ya my first topic of the block after 1 week of holidays...*before it is too late.

(my new year started on 1 Feb since Jan was just a trial version of my 2019)

okey let's get back to my actual business.. okay pregnancy is a very hard moment in our life.. It can be an excitement... and it may also be otherwise.. worries etc. It depends on your "luck" I guess, I really hope that my future husband will help me throughout the journey ... especially when I'm dreaming of having twinies 👶👶 

Hmm I'm not the right person to share out the pregnancy journey since I'm not experiencing it yet... but just through my little observation... and readings... haha

Do you know dear mummies or future mummies?

1. Pregnancy can cause you many complications since your body is having a massive changes to celebrate & welcoming your little angel.😇
2. Your mood is affected (husband needs to be patient with us ! * O Allah grant us a loving husband that can help us going through this tremendous changes*
3. Your physiological and physical changes - might be more "seri" or just having a sad cloud above your head....
   
   

Many of your systems may affected !

• -Cardiovascular system.. you may/ not being able to lie flat comfortably just like when you're not pregnant... you may have supine hypotensive syndrome
• -Respiratory system.. you may have shortness of breath...mimics dyspnea..that's tiring tho..
• -Gastrointestinal system.. you may have heart burn.. morning sickness *annoying..Aaaa too many changes that scared me !
• -Genitourinary system.. need more peepee time..our organ is giving up their space okey.. for you angel.
• -Endocrine changes- may have gestational diabetes mellitus.. overly swing moods
• -Hematological changes- dilutional anemia.. weakness.... and probability of coagulation.. if long sitting.. due to blood pooling. so that you can't be a lazy lady lying on your bed.. just because you're pregnant HAAA

okey the dental part is that !*dude.. my spirit is declining HELP!!!

PREGNANCY RELATED TO ORAL HEALTH PROBLEM

1. Pregnancy Gingivitis 

      2. Pregnancy Epulis / Granuloma .. previously known as tumor but that name scared off people. HAHAHA 

     3. Periodontal Disease

     4. Dental Erosion

     5. Dental Caries

*there is no further explanation due to my laziness... for the time being.. 

okey okey can't wait to jump into conclusion.. That is what a woman do the BEST ~ 😛🙏

Poor management of your oral health may lead to worsen of the scenarios that I listed above. Pregnant mummies, all of you are fragile... so if you're not aware of your oral health, as stated in report, it will increase the incidence of premature birth, gestational DM and preeclamsia (difficulties in pregnancy)

Don't forget to discuss with your dentist how to manage your oral hygiene, and do the elective treatment before you're getting pregnant ! *family planning 

If you're pregnant, you still can get the treatment .. but please inform your dentist !

Dental School

hello Assalamualaikum, its been awhile since my last entry, I've been super busy and lazy. Hence, there is no frequent post from me. How you doing buddy? my life is great so far, and I'm curently stepping into my next level of life... They said, new level, new struggle, the harder the life would be but I'm pretty sure that He always will lead us to our prayers and better life.

So what am I trying to highlight about is regarding my third year of dental school, oh btw, I knew it that I have no follower who would like to keep themselves updated with my life. However, I'm going to share it anyway 💥. Who knows that my kids (if any) would be inspired to read their mummy's struggle. Trying to prove them if they want it, they'll make it. hmm btw I don't expect my kids to be a doctor/dentist...anything suit their soul and good would be fine. ehhhhh💖

so this is my new life after 2 years of pre-clinical, I wonder why time flies so fast, it feels like yesterday I was asking my seniors about year 1 and now I'm already in year 3 passing my first and second years ,Alhamdulillah💚😝

I'm not gonna claimed that pre-clinical was super easy. No! during my first professional exam (pro-exam) I almost texted my professor to notify him that I'm dropping that biochemical subject when I found myself cramped with the notes and can't focus or remember anything....Alhamdulillah that I didn't manage to text the messages as I fall asleep crying so hard while tomorrow is the day.. so juniors, listen here.. you gotta pick your ass off and study everything earlier !!! Don't cramp everything in one week or even one night. Impossible...

and my second pro-exam was a big heart attack because I studied everything but somehow I missed 3 slides and turned out the questions were from these 'unstudied' note.💔💔💔💔💔💩

It literally break my small heart yknow..... but receiving the news that I passed every papers... Alhamdulillah.. At least I have made my parents happy.. even though I'm not a distinction student..passing is a great struggle especially for an average girl like me..


so this week I'm still in my induction week, the lecturers, staffs, administration etc. are trying their very best to figure things out for us, telling this and that.. it's kinda a big load of new knowledge since I'm just back from my 2 months of no book session... 💁


haha I'm just super excited to learn things regarding safety issues, disinfection, technical support, romexis ( x-ray thingy), filing etc .. told you, they are lot of new things need to run in our mind... but after all I can't wait to meet my new place and working on my dental worker chair. hehe wanna be my patient ? if you ada kenalan yang need gigi palsu pun boleh adjust :) I'm here to help.. hehehe if you have any questions, regarding this clinical thingy.. just drop me some comments.. okeeeyy😃
